Some surge in shallow water. There are a lot of squid egg sacs still
left after over 6 weeks. HMMM!
I have NOT noticed any of the red worm infestation mentioned in Mary Lynn’s pod cast today. I’ve seen a lot of video showing those red worms living within the egg sacs during the 1996 squid run.
We both were surprised by the very poor visibility today. It was like swimming in a pea soup type of gray fog.
Got a couple of nice shots of a Target Shrimp out roving around down near 100 ft.
There were several or the usual local critters.
I am wearing a new pair of 5 mil gloves and my hands are now a lot warmer. Taking my fins off in the surf line is more interesting. I guess you cannot have your cake and eat it too.
